Overview
Our replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be defective, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photograph of the defect on the item.
Please do not send your purchase back.
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item where the replacement request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery
There are certain situations where only partial credit toward a replacement will be granted:
Replacements
Once your replacement request is received and the photograph is reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed and shipped within a certain amount of days.
